Photo Reportage of Tor Des Geants
The end of summer brought me new opportunities and challenges. I was selected to photograph one of the toughest sporting events in the world: the Tor Des Geants.
The route wound through the highest trails of the Alps with incredible views. The organization and logistics were impressive and well coordinated. The spirit and readiness of the volunteers were contagious. The athletes themselves had extraordinary strength and courage.
And then I filled my eyes with the beauty of the mountains, the passion for sport, and the equality among different people.
I saw effort turn into joy in achieving one's dreams.
