Home Between Alps
The mountain is so much like the sea in a way that is difficult to explain. Maybe the sky or maybe the weather unpredictable. For as long as I can remember, I could never choose which one I liked more. So I decided to experience both. This year I found a way to live closer to the mountains as I did with the sea: I found a home for six weeks in a refuge in the Aosta Valley, right in front of the Mont Blanc massif, working there for the summer season. Even though the work was hard and long, I found time to enjoy nature and the inhabitants of these mountain ranges. There was no day like another, or the same sky. The scents, flavors, sounds of those places still live inside me
